What’s the difference between a concept jersey and the club’s own jersey?
A concept jersey is an original, one-of-a-kind design created by designers who love the game. It isn’t made by the club or sold in club stores. It’s a creative reinterpretation of the club’s colors and visual identity, meant to offer something unique you won’t find in the clubs’ own collections.
What are the delivery times?
Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery then takes between 3 and 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is shipped. For orders placed on weekends, processing begins the following Monday.
How do I choose my size?
Our jerseys follow a standard European sizing. For a fitted cut (player style), take your usual size. For a looser fit (lifestyle/casual style), go one size up. Check the size guide on each product page with the precise measurement chart in centimeters (chest, length, shoulders).
Is it possible to personalize my jersey with my name and number?
Yes, absolutely! On each product page, you can enter the name and number of your choice in the designated fields before adding to cart. The lettering and numbering are applied using high-definition heat-pressed technology, ensuring a clean and durable result. Please note that personalized orders are not eligible for returns, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
How does the "3 jerseys = 1 free" deal work?
The deal applies automatically as soon as you have 3 jerseys in your cart: the cheapest one is free, no promo code needed. With 6 jerseys, the 2 cheapest are free, and so on. The deal is valid storewide.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payments are processed by our payment partner Stripe and protected with SSL encryption. We never store card details on our servers.
Can I return or exchange my jersey?
You have 14 days from receipt to return a non-personalized item, in its original condition with the tag attached. For a size exchange, contact our customer service team via our form and we will arrange the exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
How should I care for my jersey to make it last?
To preserve your soccer jersey and its lettering/numbers, we recommend washing it inside out in the machine at a maximum of 30°C, without using a dryer. Avoid ironing directly on the lettering (use a cloth in between if needed). No harsh detergents or bleach. With these precautions, your jersey will stay looking like new season after season.
