Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery then takes between 3 and 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is shipped. For orders placed on weekends, processing begins the following Monday.

Our jerseys follow a standard European sizing. For a fitted cut (player style), take your usual size. For a looser fit (lifestyle/casual style), go one size up. Check the size guide on each product page with the precise measurement chart in centimeters (chest, length, shoulders).

The lettering and numbering are applied using high-definition heat-pressed technology, ensuring a clean and durable result. Please note that personalized orders are not eligible for returns, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

You have 14 days from receipt to return a non-personalized item, in its original condition with the tag attached. For a size exchange, contact our customer service team via our form and we will arrange the exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

To preserve your soccer jersey and its lettering/numbers, we recommend washing it inside out in the machine at a maximum of 30°C, without using a dryer. Avoid ironing directly on the lettering (use a cloth in between if needed). No harsh detergents or bleach. With these precautions, your jersey will stay looking like new season after season.
